At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me. (Matthew 18:1-5 NIV, emphasis added.)
The world screams at us and demands much.
The Creation is very complicated and if we focus on how it works, we will miss the point.
Our faith must be "child-like."
When I feel overwhelmed, I look at the world as a child would.
And I smile. 😊
Bruce Marchiano's depiction of Jesus in this movie is the best, in my opinion.
Enjoy...
Go to timestamp 2:23:40 for the above quote.
The movie was made as a word-for-word account of the 1984 version of the NIV. That translation was updated in 2011.
All glory to God.
